Error Opening feature Class (The field is not nullable)

We have created a spatial view which query from two feature class table. As we need consider A and D table, we updated the spatial view query from feature class view, view ending with "_VW", instead of feature class table. It was working at the first time of change. But the next day when we create more test case, the spatial view cannot be seen in ArcMap and ArcCatalog with below error:

Error opening feature class

The field is not nullable

We are stuck here. If you can help with any suggestions it will be great. Thanks!
