    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi Jayanta. thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no, the points have the data attributes already. i converted a raster to points so i could add extra point data. i just want to now convert back to raster. the resulting values of the conversion output appear to be nodata. i tried shutting down arcmap and rerunning the conversion and it seems to work when i do this. puzzled???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting ArcMap/ Rebooting Machine has always helped in resolving many issues,&amp;nbsp;especially related to any locked file or anomalies in geoprocessing tools in the middle of processing. Good to know that your issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
