I use ESRI S-57 Viewer to import the layer, now I want to export it out as an KML File, however, I encountered issues:</P><P></P><P>1. The exported KML File is empty. There is no marker display while browsed with Google Earth. I suspect the issue is with the Coordinate System, mine is GCS_WGS_1984. Am I right to say I need to convert to WGS84 before export to the KML? </P><P></P><P>2. The S-57 layer has some specific Icon/Marker and I would like to export the same Icon as well. I really dont know how to do that.
