The shapes below all show up with an error using the sdelayer command. The verification code for each of those objects is 150. That code translates to ??SE_INVALID_POLYGON_CLOSURE?, the polygon does not close properly.

How do I correct this error (i.e. geometry) when the feature class does not have a topology? I cannot create topology because it does not reside in a feature dataset.

http://edndoc.esri.com/arcsde/9.0/capi_functions/returncodes_incl.htm

ArcSDE 10.1 for Oracle11g Build 679 Thu Apr 5 11:43:21 2012
Layer Administration Utility
-----------------------------------------------------
Row Id,FID,Entity Type,Annotation,Cad Data,Number of Points,Number of Parts,Number of Subparts,Self-Touching Rings,Minimum Precision,Verification

12645,12645,A,F,F,17,0,0,F,High,-150
2413,2413,A,F,F,10,0,0,F,High,-150
2418,2418,A,F,F,25,0,0,F,High,-150
2515,2515,A,F,F,18,0,0,F,High,-150
2516,2516,A,F,F,8,0,0,F,High,-150
2671,2671,A,F,F,13,0,0,F,High,-150
2680,2680,A,F,F,17,0,0,F,High,-150
2681,2681,A,F,F,20,0,0,F,High,-150
339,339,A,F,F,20,0,0,F,High,-150
340,340,A,F,F,32,0,0,F,High,-150
