can anyone recommend a software to manage my server DB oracle - geodatabase 10/1 ?? . I often need to add datafiles, create users, manage roles, close connections
The Oracle Enterprise Manager sometimes not working well,

Most admins I know use Toad for Oracle and I don't hear a lot of complaints.

Oracle SQL Developer is another great utility.

We use a combination of Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
They can both do similar things, but depending on what you want to do, one is faster/easier than the other.
I personally use OEM for searching for and verifying Oracle objects (users, tables, jobs, roles), and SQL Dev to create them.
We use these because they are simple and free.
