Connecting to sybase with 'ole db'

I am having problems connecting to a sybase database using the 'Add OLE DB Connection' in ArcCatalog.

I am using the 'Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere Provider 9.0' and documentation on this is very very slim. Has anyone used the OLE DB connection option(s) and shed any light on the parameters? The only connection parameters it asks for are:
-> Data Source
-> Location
-> Specify User/Password

I've made a file based DSN and tried using that for source/location with no luck. I've tried a few combinations of server/port/db_name with no luck..

Where would I put the server name, port and db name?
