I know there has to be an easy way to do this but I'm just blanking!!</P><P>Basically, I have a layer of polygons (system areas for my water utility company) and I want to find the average slope for each polygon. It doesn't have to be precise, just a roundabout number. I obviously don't want to find DEMs for each area and put them together. I found Esri's TERRAIN and TERRAIN: SLOPE IN DEGREES layers from AGOL but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to extract the average slope for these polygons.</P><P></P><P>If anyone has suggestions, ideas, or advice, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
