      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;OK - several steps here so I will break them down.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Add some base data to an arc-map project.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Drop in your aerial photo.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Rectify your photo to the base/reference data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. (not 100% sure on this next step) - serve this layer out.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have rectified your jpg you should have a world file associated with it - you may be able to import that directly to your device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could try an arcgis online account:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"With a free ArcGIS Online personal account you can create, store, and manage maps, apps, and data, and share them with others."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Might be what you need.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;William.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
