    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE class="jive-quote"&gt;I recall being able to copy layers in one GDB, and then paste, and in the data transfer dialog being able to change the names, currently, that functionality is not working as I recall.&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ted, the name can only be changed when there is a name conflict with another class in the target geodatabase.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
