Hello,

I tried to mosaic several SRTM90 rasters in ArcGIS 10 with "mosaic to new raster". Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work properly. First I tried to mosaic more than 10 rasters at once. The output only mosaiced 8 and forgot about the rest. Then I tried to only mosaic 8 rasters at once and the output was a mosaic of only 6 rasters, then I tried to mosaic 6 rasters only and got a mosaic of 5 rasters...

I then used exactly the same settings on a different computer with ArcGIS 9.3. and it worked without any problems...

Is there any solution for this problem?

Thanks, Zoe

Zoe -

It sounds like NIM068712. To resolve this, create an unmanaged raster catalog and then export the raster catalog to a new raster.

Good luck!

Robert LeClair
Esri-Denver
