My company has ArcMap Desktop Basic level license. Due to budget constraints we cannot upgrade at this time. We have a client that has sent us 2 geodatabase templates as XML files. Project data needs to be delivered to the client in these geodatabases.

At the Basic license level Import from XML Workspace is not an option. Are there any other options out there for importing from XML? I have been having a hard time finding any options. I have very limited experience implementing code, ArcPy, add-ons, etc.

Thanks in advance for the input.

Chris
