      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Original User: mauporte&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just wanted to clip one polygon using the other polygon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I fixed it by converting the shapefile to cad and then reconverting the dwg to shp. After doing so, I was able to use the clipping tool without the intersecting polygons disappearing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
