We want to add photos to our feature classes. We added attachments in ArcCatalog. When we start the editing mode, and select a feature, we cannot open the Attachment manager:
The paper clip icon Open Attachments Manager just above the grid of attribute values does not appear.
When we right-click the the feature, "Open Attachment Manager" stays grey, and we cannot select it.
Anybody knows why we cannot open the Attachment manager?
Thanks!

The file in which you are using for the attachment where is it located? Keep in mind, in order for attachment to work correctly the files have to be resided inside a Geodatabase. I hope I understood your question.

Best regards,
Rudy Charlot

This might not solve your problem, but make sure you don't try to open the attachment manager from the _ATTACH-table, but from the original feature class/table.
