Basically, I have a list of nearly every address (about 3,000,000) in the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area and I need to obtain latitudes and longitudes for each of them. Given that it is outside North America and Europe, the ArcMap software available at UC Berkeley cannot give coordinates for a precise address. What are my options?
