      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I COGO a tangent curve in the Parcel Fabric, I usually have a radius and an arc length that I enter into the parcel details cogo window, but then I have to open the tangent curve window just to input the direction of the curve (right or left). Perhaps the curve direction could be indicated at the same time with the radius and arc length.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
