    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Layer feature class is in both state "enable archiving" and "disable archiving" together in ArcCatalog.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try disable or enable archiving again, I am getting errors like:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to enable archiving. Underlying DBMS error [[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server] Incorrect syntax near ','.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In ArcGIS server log are these records:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An error was encountered while synchronizing with the config store. Failed to synchronize machine 'domain.LOCAL' with the site. C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\ejbs\AED20\xxx.MapServer\Recycling (Access is denied)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to synchronize machine 'domain.LOCAL' with the site. C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\ejbs\AED20\xxx.MapServer\Recycling (Access is denied)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to stop the server machine 'domain..LOCAL'. C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\ejbs\AED20\xxx.MapServer\Recycling (Access is denied).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does someone know, what is happened? Why enable and disable archiving mode are both highlighted? Reason of that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to this issue it's not able to publish as service with sync capabilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
