The problem is when i work in Arc Map and use the service as a layer i cannot do SELECTION BY ATTRIBUTES, or when i want to create a polygon feature class i cannot make snapping to the grid from the map service. Everything is enabled and i work as an admin. can someone help me with the snapping to a map service for creating different feature classes and making the selections.
