SAGA GIS is suggested to use to convert shapefiles to WASP map values, but it only converts terrain values (only one elevation field). WASP also can import dxf files (dxf2004), but I can not generate dxf file with attribute values (Left_rough, Right_rough). I use ArcGIS 10.0 (ArcInfo).
