      <title>Cannot connect to ArcSDE through ArcCatalog</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am attempting to connect to an ArcSDE through ArcCatalog. Last week I was able to do this with little to know problem, but not this week. When I try to connect ArcCatalog freezes and becomes unresponsive rather than providing an error. I am logging in with the same credentials as before. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be happening?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For what it's worth, all of my ArcServer applications are now blank as well. I can access them, but there does not appear to be any layers or data within the services.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
