topic World Locator: not in list after update in Data Management Questions

I recently upgraded ArcGIS Desktop from 10.2 to 10.3

and installed Business Analyst (BA) 10.3 (I think that is the release#: it has 2014 data)

When I now try to geocode addresses I see several locators coming

from BA locally installed, and a remote locator also, but I no longer

see the World Geocod Service I used in 10.1. Why is that?

I seem to remember that in order to access the world locator I had

to edit, by hand, an XML file.

I also seem not to get the screen which asks me which coordinate

system I wish to use: that of the locator, or that of some other

dataset or frame.

Rob Stevens
