Relationship or Join?

Hello,

I have a empty point feautre class and a administrative area polygon feature class.

I want something like that;

When I create a new point, I want ArcGIS to fill my point feature classes attribute table with administrative area name.

How can I do that?

Some questions to clarify what you are after and what environment you have available to do this with. There are several ways this can be done, but it will vary depending on how you want to do it and what resources you have.

If I am understanding this correctly, the intent is to have the administrative area name populate automatically based on where you add the point. First question is, will this be while you are editing or can this be populated afterwards?
Which of the many flavors of ESRI software are you using? ArcMap? ArcGIS Pro?
Which Version of the software do you have?

1-Yes you understand correctly and this action will be while editing.

2-I will use ArcMap. 10.3.1
