      <title>Editing in Arc 10</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just got ArcGIS v.10 and am attempting to edit in it for the first time.&amp;nbsp; I want to create a new feature within an existing shapefile.&amp;nbsp; Do I have to create a template? It doesnt show any of the drawing tools that I would normally use and it brings up the template box.&amp;nbsp; In our corporate 'Intro to Arc10' class no one showed us this feature or mentioned that editing had changed to such an extent...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
