      <title>Exporting Shapefiles to CAD</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to export a shapefile to CAD and when I import it into AutoCad I get the polylines, Point but I can't get any of the attributes to transfer over to cad.&amp;nbsp; Is thier a way for me to get the attributes to export.&amp;nbsp; I've tried Shape to Cad also converting the shapefile to a feature class then exporting the anno as a .dwg then importing that into Cad but that is not working.&amp;nbsp; Is thier a way in ArcMap that I coud fix it or is thier something that I should be doing in CAD.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
