Error upgrading Oracle SDE 10.0 to 10.0 SP5

Hi

Im trying to upgrade my 10.0 SDE (on oracle 11g) to 10.0 SP5. For doing that i am using ArcCatalog 10.0 SP5. Running the gp tool Upgrade Geodatabase results in error:

Connected RDBMS instance is setup for ST_GEOMETRY configuration.
Running Pre-Requisite check (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.0\ArcCatalog\NRGISD as SDE.sde).
Instance supports XML type.
Updating ArcSDE server tables and stored procedures.
Could not update ArcSDE server tables and stored procedures.
Unpaused the database.
Failed to execute (UpgradeGDB).
Failed at Wed May 29 12:32:05 2013 (Elapsed Time: 10.00 seconds)

At the bottom of sde_setup.log file i see the following:

[Wed May 29 12:35:49 2013] Unable to load Type st_domain_stats_body, underlying DBMS error encountered.
[Wed May 29 12:35:49 2013] ERROR setting up st_geometry type.
Error: -51
[Wed May 29 12:35:49 2013] DBMS error code: 24344
ORA-24344: success with compilation error


[Wed May 29 12:35:49 2013] ERROR setting up St_Geometry, Error = -1

But in the content of sde_setup.log i can see that object 'Body st_domain_stats' is created. Any hints on this?
