Import AIXM 4.5 To AIS

I am trying to complete the ArcGIS for Aviation: Charting course : "Introduction to ArcGIS for Aviation: Charting", and when i try to do the Import AIXM 4.5 To AIS i am failing to complete the process.

The end of the error message is this:
