Spatial Adjustment is a good way to do such things.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Otherwise, I'd go for a Python script that uses SearchCursor (arcpy.da) first and then UpdateCursor (arcpy.da): &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resourcesbeta.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/UpdateCursor/018w00000014000000/"&gt;http://resourcesbeta.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/UpdateCursor/018w00000014000000/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is something new in ArcGIS 10.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
