I have tried to load data into the correct areas and I get an error "no license to load the target object class". I was told by a tech that I can't edit or add data because of the Geodatabase Relationships. I was told only ArcInfo (advanced) or ArcEditor (standard) can do the work that I have to perform. I only have ArcView:( (basic). This is an issue, because I have to follow the specs accordingly (from the company). Can I convert a Personal GDB to a File GDB and add/edit data with only a ArcView licence?
