      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using ArcMap 10.4.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The layer properties shows a "Latitude of Origin" value of 31.8333 (see screen shot below).&amp;nbsp; Is this the Ellipsoid Origin ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="image-1 jive-image j-img-original" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/355288_Capture.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
