Map Identify = Page_Error "Input string was not in a correct format" on new layer

I have successfully created a new Line feature. Everything works fine in ArcGIS (Editor) 10 and ArcPad 10. I posted the mxd file to ArcSDE server. Everything works with the new line except the Map Identify in ArcSDE. When the user selects Map Identify then clicks on the new line feature it throws:

Application Error

Page_Error
Input string was not in a correct format.

It's so strange that I can create, edit, and view the new line in ArcSDE except this one error.

Anyone... please? Have you seen the "Map Identify" not work on one new layer whilst working with all the other layers. All the while every other aspect of the web app works with the new layer; add, edit, delete. Just the "Map Identify" throws the "Input string was not in correct format." The new layer works fine in ArcMap and ArcPad.

I have deleted and re-added the map on the web server, restarted the service and applications, rebooted the web and database server. The issue persists.
