      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am wondering if there is a way to buffer a single feature in a feature class that has multiple features, without having to select that specific feature and export it everytime.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
