Join table options

Hello,

I'm an apprentice in Arc Gis use.
I wonder if it's possible to join tables as this :
1st table is a list of all districts (single district name in one column) and other informations that I would join to the 2nd table.
2nd table is column with the "location" of an event but in each box of the column, there can be several names of district.

My question is : is it possible to join those tables? For example I have a 3 districts, so 3 box in the 1st table but it's only one box in the 2nd table...

Here is a sample of the table. In sheet 1 it's an example of all the district I have and in sheet 2 it's an example of the location (several districts in one box) I want to rely with the sheet 1.

Looking at your data, the only common field that I see is Country in table 2 and ADM0_Name in table 1. If I am reading table 2 correctly, you have a list of names all in one field (D).

Can you try to describe what it is your want to do?

I think you'll have to have a unique record for each event in the 2nd table
