When creating a raster file from point data how can I control the alignment of the raster points?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fay&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Fay,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you look at the Help page "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//00120000002z000000"&gt;Point to Raster (Conversion)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;" and scroll to the bottom of the page you see "Environments". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Relevant are:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//001w00000009000000"&gt;Extent &lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(here you can define the exact coordinates of the output extent)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//001w0000001s000000"&gt;Cell Size&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; (the cell size of the output raster, which is also an option in the Point to Raster dialog)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//001w0000000m000000"&gt;Snap Raste&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;r (if you already have a raster and want to align it with that raster, set this raster as Snap Raster)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Xander&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
