Copy a line field to a point attribute table

I wanna try to copy a line's field to other point attribute table. The point has intersection with the line. the line's layer field should be shown in the point's infrastructure type field. I showed the line and the point image with an attachment.

Try Spatial Join—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop .

Choose the appropriate fields to join in FIELD_MAPPING parameter.

Jayanta Poddar suggest is a perfect solution , that is my first one in this propose.

But in the easy task for one or two features only , I suggest to use Attribute Transfer Tool.
