Geocode Addresses do not work it

I need create a Geocode Addresses to updload a set of address and convert it to points, but a can do this. I have ArcGis 10.1 SP1.

Do you know what it's happened?

I'm afraid your attached graphic is confusing to me; I see a network dataset.

but...
the attached image shows that all properties of the drop menu are disabled: the (Zoom To... Pan to....). When I want to execute Geocode Addresses, it doesn't draw any point; however the attribute table contains all rows.
