      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You should contact Tech Support to find why the app is failing (this is the other side&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;of a Network I/O (-10) error, so you'll need to tell them what you were doing when the&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;gsrvr failed).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- V&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
