I have granted arcgis server account access to the folder that stores the connection file. The sql account used to create the connection has sysadmin permission. The geodatabase is registered with the ArcGIS Server. I also have created a map service for replication and sync edits. When going through the process of creating a replica, I am still experiencing the error message in the attached screenshot.
