    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also have the same issue in 10.2.&amp;nbsp; DGN files are displayed with a negative northing and the eastings do not correspond to the correct locations either.&amp;nbsp; I know the projection is supposed to be state plain coordinates from the metadata but assigning that projection doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; It's cumbersome to craft a transformation file from a corresponding DAT or XYZ file.&amp;nbsp; I just upgraded from 9.2 to 10.2 and this doesn't impress. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Brad Cate&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Eastern Shore Soil Svcs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have never used 10.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In 10.0, microstation files (V7) showed up in the right location.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After installing 10.2, the microstation files show up somewhere with negative coordinates.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did monkey around and come up with a world file on my own that actually works, but something is definitely not working as it is supposed to.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because I have both Microstation and ArcGIS,&amp;nbsp; I was able to find the coordinate location (start x,y and end x,y) of a 2 point line that crosses my general spatial work area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I found the x,y coords in ArcGIS and I found the same x,y coords in Microstation and then came up with a "world" file.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"esri_cad.wld"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-1853483.648,-1789483.648 290000.000,5654000.000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-1447483.648,-1456483.648 696000.000,5987000.000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This world file works for me (UTM Zone 10, NAD83) but I doubt it would work for most other folks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue has been identified as a "bug" (by ESRI) in ArcGIS 10.2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Chris&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have the capability, export your MicroStation file into AutoCAD and then bring that in.&amp;nbsp; That's the workaround we're using at the moment and seems to be fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Most of dgn's that are causing problems are ones that are imported from other users/department. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We need a fix to this ASAP! ESRI keeps saying this is caused by a corrupted world file. Is the issue still present in 10.2.1?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ESRI issued a QFE that fixes NIM094291 on ArcGIS 10.2.1. You don't have to wait or upgrade to 10.2.2 to get this fix. I was able to apply that patch that solved this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subbu&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
