Have you tried exporting to shapefile and editing or vice versa if it is a shapefile now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I'm sure you may have already checked the different threads, but &lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.esri.com/message/524448#524448"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; is a thread that has a lot of workarounds that people have used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Trace Tool Stops Working</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just need to vent - the Trace Tool in my ArcMap document has stopped working. Completely. Nada. Zippo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried all the usual remedies...closing the .mxd file, logging out, restarting the machine, opening the feature class in a blank map...nothing...it's beyond frustrating...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...I really wish the software would not do these sort of things...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/angry.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
