What I did:
-pulled up the xls file in arcCatalog and did "geocode addresses"
-saved results as shapefile
-added shapefile to arcmap

Now I have all of the locations plotted ! Is there a way to have it label each point with one of those "callout" boxes? The excel spreadsheet has three columns: company name, city, and state. When I do "label features" on the geocoded addresses shapfile, they just say "US_Cities". I need it to say the company name associated with that city

Thanks again!!!! I'm one step closer!:D
