xml error import = cannot create a table with a duplicate column

i have exported an XML workspace document and saved it outside and now trying to import it back into a brand new geodatabase and gives me this error

"cannot create a table with a duplicate column"

Is there anything in ArcGIS that would help us identify which table has a duplicate column?
