topic Reconciling and posting edits in Data Management Questions

I am trying to figure out why a geodatabase that I have edited as a version in the past, and reconciled and posted edits to the default, will not allow me to do it again. I get a generic error when attempting this. The weird things is, when I go into the Reconcile Version tool, when I click on the drop down menu to choose my version, there are two options for my version (see attached). I also included a screenshot of my database connection.
