Northing, Easting (Assuming from base point or benchmark)
2. Angle
3. Azimuth

I want to convert and transform this data to origional projected data in arcGIS. I want to convert the assumed coordinates to origional ones.

Is this Possible???

Note:
1) I can convert this file in points or excel formate
2) I can also convert it to AutoCad file
