Within the overall mosaic dataset I have put a percent clip stretch function. When I write the function to a referenced mosaic dataset, the function is no longer applied to the MD. I can set the stretch on the imagery in the TOC but it is not maintained. I have also tried creating a layer file with the properties set. This works but when I create a service, I am no longer able to query the data in the desktop environment.
