See &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#//00170000003t000000"&gt;Polygon To Line (Data Management)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Create two-point lines in the line feature class. See &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Splitting_features_into_COGO_lines/01m700000057000000/"&gt;Splitting features into COGO lines&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Delete the duplicate lines.
