      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a license of ArcView and I am trying to create a shapefile of traffic counts.&amp;nbsp; The Excel file that I have has both Latitude and Longitude and they add as an event through the add xy data function, but whenever I go to export them to a shape file I receive this error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One or more layers failed to draw:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Traffic_Counts:&amp;nbsp; Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'LONGITUDE &amp;gt;= 1.#QNAN0 AND LATITUDE &amp;gt;= 1.#QNAN0 AND LONGITUDE &amp;lt;= 1.#QNAN0 AND LATITUDE &amp;lt;= 1.#QNAN0'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Traffic_Counts:&amp;nbsp; An invalid SQL statement was used. [`'Asc Parish$'`]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do any of you have any ideas, they will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;JKW&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
