Disable Feature Templates on Citrix

Our users access ArcMap 10.1 through Citrix and I need it to revert back to the 9.3 way of editing. I know this can be done manually through the Advanced ArcMap Settings tool but for various reasons this isn't a viable option for us. Does anyone know if it's possible change this setting for all users at once by modifying the registry keys directly?

Hey Bart,

The advanced arcmap settings tool sets the following registry key when you choose to not to use templates, reverting back to the Arc9 task/target environment.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\Desktop10.1\ArcMap\Garcia\
UseTemplates reg_dword=0

The key only applies to the current user. There is no equivalent for all users.

Thanks for the reply. Ya, that's my problem. There's no global setting to turn off feature templates and it's not an option for me to have every user change the setting in the tool so I'm looking for a way to automatically have Citrix cycle through all the user profiles and change the registry key for me. Admittedly I have pretty much zero knowledge of Citrix so I'm not even sure if what I'm asking is possible.
