If I give the connection in ArcCatalog coordinates, these i put in the "Search Envelope" in the parameters dialog, in the connection. I can get data. I want to browse the service, so don't want to restrict myself to an envelope. The service is scale dependent, so you do have to have your extent at a certain scale to draw data. Has anyone successfully done this?
