I was searching in the sites the steps to follow for connect ArcCatalog to Oracle Spatial, I found the site <A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#//002n00000039000000" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">ArcGIS Desktop</A> , but even though it follow all the steps, I can't connect to Oracle Spatial, it send me the next alert "<STRONG>Failed to connect to the specified server.
