      <title>Connect to Oracle Spatial</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ArcGis 10.0 (Desktop, SDE) and I have Oracle Spatial 11G. I was searching in the sites the steps to follow for connect ArcCatalog to Oracle Spatial, I found the site &lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#//002n00000039000000" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;ArcGIS Desktop&lt;/A&gt; , but even though it follow all the steps, I can't connect to Oracle Spatial, it send me the next alert "&lt;STRONG&gt;Failed to connect to the specified server. Server library could not be loaded&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Windows 8.1 and installed Oracle client 11.2 and make the file tnsnames with the data for the connection with DB Oracle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
