10.1 Create Feature Dataset not found

I've been having some problems with creating Geodatabases since switching to 10.1.

It allows me to create file geodatabases, but when I try to create a feature dataset I get the following error:

[INDENT]Create Feature Dataset
Failed to create the feature dataset
The item was not found. [ItemType:{74737149-DCB5-4257-8904-B9724E32A530}][/INDENT]

The same thing happens when I try to create a new feature class within the geodatabase:

[INDENT]Create Feature Class
Failed to create feature class
The item was not found. [ItemType:{70737809-852C-4A03-9E22-2CECEA5B9BFA}][/INDENT]

Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue, would be much apprecitated.

Turns out the problem was I had an older version our AntiVirus then what is being used on the Network I'm trying to save things on. I uninstalled the old version, tested it, and it worked. Then I installed the new Version of the AntiVirus and it still worked.
