Thanks KSkinn3 for the advice but it didn't work but I figured it out I had to delete the boundary and rebuild it and it worked fine.

I created a new raster mosiac dataset and it had a bad image and the entire county would show up in the upper right hand corner or my screen and the one bad image in the bottom left I did a search on how to remove an image did it and continued to follow instructions on how to delete and fix foot prints, boundary and over views but it still shows up in the upper right hand corner of my screen. It has the correct projection. How do I fix the extent of the mosaic.
